Deputy director of the Policies and Laws Department in SCOPSR came to Shenzhen for investigation

        September 26, 2012, Guo Jianping, deputy director of  the Policies and Laws Department  in State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform (SCOPSR) attended the investigation symposium in Shenzhen. Leaders of Guangdong Commission Office for Public Sector Reform and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) were accompanied. Cheng Jianquan, director of Shenzhen CDC and Liao Xiaodong, party committee secretary of Shenzhen CDC were also participated in. 

 

        Guo pointed out that Shenzhen was the window of reform and opening up in our country, while Shenzhen CDC was in the forefront of 33 CDCs in provincial level in China because of the comprehensive strength. System construction of Shenzhen CDC has made considerable achievements along with the rapid economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of population development in Shenzhen, including rapid increasing, high proportion of non-registration population, young population structure, high population density, also Shenzhen as a specifically-designed city in the state plan and the specific characteristic of Baoan and Longgang streets Preventive health-care station were need to consider when the standard guidance introduced by State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform.
