Zhang Jianqing is the member of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Chinese Environmental Mutagen Association, and Chemical Analysis of Preventive Medicine Association. She is the director and the Academic leader of POPs (persistent organic pollutant) Lab of Shenzhen municipal Key Medicine Laboratory, and also the deputy director of Physical and Chemical Test Division of Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The key lab is also the POPs lab of the ministry of health of the people’s republic of
China
. She has been focusing on the effect of persistent organic pollutant on human health for many years. Professor Zhang is the principal investigator of national Natural Science of Foundation of China (NSFC) projects (1 item), 863 Hi-tech item supported by the Ministry of Science and technology of the people’s republic of China (1 item), the Key research project of bureau of Shenzhen municipal Science & technology (2 items), social development project supported by the bureau of Guangdong provincial Science and technology(1 item), and the projects of Shenzhen municipal Science and Technology bureau (7 items). Furthermore, she participated in the 973 item and the other food safety key technique research projects supported by the Ministry of Science and technology of the people’s republic of
China
in period of 2000-2005(7 items). As the first accomplisher, Prof. Zhang has been honored with totally 4 items including Shenzhen Science & Technology award(2009), Shenzhen Science & Technology Third Class Award(2005)and Guangdong Provincial Science & Technology Third Class Award(2010), as well as Chinese National Preventive Medicine Third Class Award(2011)respectively. Moreover she has been honored additional 3 items as the main participant. Prof. Zhang has published more than 50 research articles (as first author or corresponding author) including 8 SCI journals papers, and she was one of the participants to edit a tool book. She has instructed one Ph.D student and more than 20 master students’ graduation as the tutor of master student since 2005.
