　　Zhang Zhicheng was born in 1963, graduated from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and received his bachelor degree of public health in 1985. Mr. Zhang is the director of Testing Services Division of Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention. He is mainly engaged in health inspection and technology service such as food health, environmental health and health project and so on. He is the standing director of Shenzhen Preventive Medicine Association; director of Health Evaluation Professional Committee; expert of Food Safety Expert Committee of Market Supervision and Administration of Shenzhen Municipality. He has finished 2 project subjects of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology; participated in making one national standard and one first-class technical specification. He awarded Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation and the third prize of Science and Technology of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. He has published about 15 scientific articles on journals and guided undergraduate students.
