|
Dr. Xinyun Xu is the deputy director of Toxicology Laboratory of Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention. He graduated from school of public health of
Dr. Xu’s research fields include molecular toxicology, signal transduction as well as health effect study of occupational toxicants & environmental pollutants (e.g. trichloroethylene, cadmium). He worked out a national health standards “The diagnostic criteria for occupational arsenic poisoning”, he has also taken in charge of 11 scientific projects including provincial and municipal research projects. Dr. Xu participated in a national project described as ‘
Dr. Xu has published over 60 domestic articles and 12 SCI papers in international journals such as "Biochemical Pharmacology", "Pharmacology & Toxicology", "Life Science" (8 SCI papers as the first author). Currently he has participated in following academic organizations: deputy director of Toxicology History Committee of Chinese Society of Toxicology; member of Immunotoxicology Committee of Chinese Society of Toxicology; member of Free Radical Preventive Medicine Committee of China Preventive Medicine Association; the expert of Guangdong Provincial Committee on Occupational Disease Diagnosis; deputy director of Toxicology Evaluation Committee of Shenzhen Preventive Medicine Association; expert of Shenzhen Food Safety Committee; the expert of Shenzhen Work-related Injury and Occupational Diseases Identification Committee; Editorial board member of “Chinese Journal of Industrial hygiene & Occupational diseases”; Editorial board member of “Occupation and Health ”; Reviewer of Human & Experimental Toxicology; Reviewer of Toxicology in vitro. Dr. Xu participated in three books or dictionary writing such as "Field Epidemiology", "Nanotoxicology", "Toxicology dictionary". And he received 5 scientific awards from provincial and municipal governments.
