Party Committee Division

The Party Committee Division is responsible for drawing up the resolution, report, plan and summary of the party committee of CDC. It passes command and instruction of higher-up and the party committee of CDC to other departments, and evaluates the implementation, then reports the results to the higher level party organizations. It supervises the implementation of party guidelines and policies in each department, oversees the implementation of party committee decision and gives the feedback to the leaders. It assists the party committee to intensify the party organization construction, the management of party members and the membership dues collection. It assists the party committee to develop the party organization and the education of probationary members, the political work and occupational ethics education of all the staff. It collects the opinions and demands of party members, sums up the achievements and experiences, finds out the problems exist in practical works, and put forward some suggestions to the party committee. It is the adviser of party committee which assists the party committee to improve the united front and overseas Chinese work, manages the department documents, confidential documents, and the party committee seals. It assists other organization to carry out works and completes the other missions which are assigned by the Commission leaders.
