Financial Division

The Financial Division is responsible for the implementation of national, provincial and municipal financial policy, and makes the financial plan, budget, final settlement and financial report of each year, management the budget and accounts of CDC, pays wages, subsidies and service fees, supervises the finance operations of every division, and accounts the cost of CDC and its divisions, and completes other missions which are assigned by the leaders.
